Let's Rendezvous

This project holds special significance to me as I embraced multiple creative roles, pushing myself to meet the challenges of each as I wrote, directed, edited and performed in it.

Through numerous trials and errors, I discovered a newfound thrill in crafting ideas and drawing inspiration to develop a motion picture of my own. This project deepened my passion for filmmaking, teaching me the art of letting go when things didn’t go as planned and reinforcing the importance of trusting the creative process.

what does it mean to be alive now?

In a world where the boundaries of our lives have been redefined 'What does It mean to be alive now?' explores the essence of freedom within constraints using the Pandemic and the lockdown as a strong concept.

Rather than focusing on the walls that confine us, this film delves into the resilience of the human spirit, finding liberation in the simple joys and connections that make us truly alive.

An Ordinary Day

This film follows Isla, an independent and self-assured woman navigating her journey of self-discovery. Despite societal expectations and moments of uncertainty, she remains determined to forge her own path and unlearn qualities that no longer define her

Rather than focusing on her death or victimhood, the story celebrates her complexity, dreams, and ambitions. By leaving the circumstances of her passing unknown, the film highlights Isla’s humanity and resilience, portraying her as a dynamic individual with strength, vulnerability, and the desire to grow beyond life's limitations.

TRIPPY

Trippy is an experimental home-shot film that captures a surreal, dissociative experience. After coming home from work and falling asleep on the couch, the protagonist drifts into a strange, fragmented state of mind where ordinary visuals morph into stunning possibilities.

Though a significant part of the editing was unfinished—originally planned to include vibrant colour outlines and dynamic visual effects—the film retains an eerie charm, blending dreamy confusion with a hint of wonder.
